Dreyer, Executive Director, 732.451.0064 The Garden State Philharmonic Welcomes New Team Member Brick/Toms River, Ocean County, NJ - "The Garden State Philharmonic is pleased to announce the appointment of Susan M. Stukane as its new Customer Service and Marketing Administrative Assistant," announced Darlene A. Dreyer, Executive Director. Ms. Stukane, a California native, has resided in New Jersey for 14 years. A former Asset Manager for a large banking institution, and more recently working in the Marketing Department of the Count Basie Theatre, Stukane is involved in community affairs in her town and is an active volunteer in Monmouth County. "I'm impressed with the Philharmonic's professionalism and their mission to bring the arts to the people of New Jersey," states Ms. Stukane. "Joining this organization provides me with the best of both worlds - an opportunity to combine my business acumen with my love of the arts. I am anxious to begin meeting with our patrons and the community at large to create a greater awareness of the wonderful programs being offered by the Philharmonic and the dynamic future that is ahead of us. Dreyer, and Artistic Director and Conductor Anthony LaGruth, Stukane is excited to begin promoting the Garden State Philharmonic's 49th "Five-Star Season", a Season of Fifths which will begin with the presentation of Beethoven's Fifth on October 30, 2004 at the Strand Theater. The Philharmonic will also be celebrating a special anniversary this year - Artistic Director & Conductor Anthony La Gruth's 5th anniversary with the Philharmonic. In addition, a Holiday Pops Spectacular will be held December 19, 2004 at Ocean County College Fine Arts Center.
