7.         CONCERT ETIQUETTE SPECIAL NOTE

As a courtesy to all the performers and to the audience members, we request that all students remain seated with their families when they are not on stage performing.

Also, to prevent hallway and other noises from detracting from the concert experience and to facilitate smooth transitions between each group's performance, we ask that guardians encourage their children to take their seats as quickly and as quietly as possible following their time on stage.  Please do not allow students to roam unattended in the hallways.  During the performance, the hallway and auditorium are quiet zones.

Also, out of consideration for each of the performing groups, we ask that you remain seated for the duration of the concert.  Everyone loves to perform in front of a "full house."

8.         Auxilliary Events

There will be auxilliary fundraising events hosted the day of the concert, including CD orders (recordings of the Concert), Candy Sales, Refreshements, and Symphony League Merchandise tables.  Proceeds will benefit the Youth Orchestra and Music Education programs.  Please be generous.
